Here are the requirements to apply for this service:

Requirements for establishing a Business Council: 

• Contact the Business Relations team of the Dubai Chamber of Commerce by emailing business.relations@dubaichamber.com to express interest in creating a new business council. The team will provide you with a copy of the bylaws that govern the activities of Business Councils
• Submit the proposed name of the Business Council and a list containing the names and contact details of at least 20 companies that will be recognised as ""founding members"" 

Submit the following documents within 90 days of establishment: 

• A draft of the Business Council's Articles of Association (a template will be provided upon request) 
• A work plan outlining the proposed Business Council's goals and plans 

Requirements for establishing a Business Group: 

• Contact the Dubai Chambers Business Relations team by emailing business.relations@dubaichamber.com to express interest in creating a new business group. The team will provide you with a copy of the bylaws that regulate the activities of Business Groups 
• Submit the proposed name of the Business Group and a list containing the names and contact details of at least 20 companies that will be recognised as ""founding members"" 

Submit the following documents within 90 days of establishment: 

• A draft of the Business Group's Articles of Association (a template will be provided upon request) 
• A work plan outlining the proposed Business Group's goals and plans
