Assessment Approach

Judges

Every year, the awards team selects an additional group of judges to bring fresh skills and experiences to the assessment process. Award Judges are normally senior and operational managers drawn from private companies and the public sector in the UAE with over 10 years of experience across various sectors. They will be invited to apply to become Judges, and if accepted will undertake training, which includes pre-course work and an intensive training course. Only if they successfully complete the training, they will qualify to act as Award Judges. The Judges play a pivotal role because, apart from the task of assessing applicant companies, they also serve as implementers of the Award model in their respective organizations. If you feel you have the necessary qualifications and time available to be part of this unique learning journey and wish to become a judge, apply now.

Note: Kindly note that it’s a conflict of interest for the same person from the same company to individually apply as an Applicant and as a Judge at the same time. If you wish to become a Judge and want to attend the Judge training workshop, then you cannot attend the Applicant training workshop, rather nominate someone else from your company to attend.
